This year’s success is hard to put into words. Saying “thank you” doesn’t feel like enough—but I thank you all. For your hard work, your donations, and above all, the love you poured into every dress. Your compassion is felt in every seam, and your impact will ripple far beyond what you can see.

The Louise Dress was designed specifically for Project Dress A Girl. A way to thank the sewing community for there generosity in dress donations. There has been a need to create larger sized dresses for a colder climate, and a dress that is not oversized for an older girl.

This dress fits the brief. Fabrics such as corduroy, denim or cotton can be used to make this dress. It is a European size 10 and requires 2m of fabric to make. Did I mention the pattern is free which also contains written instructions!
